DELIVERY &  PICKUP  POLICY

We currently offer local delivery across selected areas in The Gambia.

Delivery Time:
Same day to 2 business days depending on location and order volume.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery zone.

Order Processing:
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.

Delivery Attempts:
Please ensure phone numbers and delivery details are accurate. Delays caused by incorrect details may result in rescheduling.

Large Orders:

Heavy or oversized items may have additional delivery charges.

 

PICKUP POLICY

Free pickup is available at selected pickup locations.

Customers will receive notification once orders are ready.

Please present your order confirmation when collecting.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be canceled or returned to inventory.

Pickup locations and availability may change periodically.
